What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, and Shop Pay.

Do we accept Visa Debit?

It technically depends upon which bank network your Visa Debit utilizes. No list available at this time.

Do we accept prepaid credit cards?

Yes, but all prepaid credit cards must first be registered online with your legal name and full address before use.

Tip: The website for registration often can be found on the back of the card itself, or on the card's retail packaging.

Do we accept PayPal?

No, due to poor customer service and high fees.

Why is my credit card payment not going through?

Please make sure you personal details such as full name, address, phone number, and email are entered exactly the same as your bank or credit card issuer has on file.

For Example: You enter your billing address as "123 Main Ave." but your credit card company has "123 Main Avenue" on file. Or you have recently changed your phone number or email without notifying your bank or credit card company, ETC.

Tip 1: Still can't make a payment? Try using another credit card. This has worked for some customers.

Tip 2: Instead of using your saved credit card profile via Shop Pay, try checking out with your credit card details directly on the checkout page.

Tip 3: If you are keen to use Shop Pay in order to earn Shop Cash, try removing your credit card profile from Shop Pay and adding the card back again.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn't yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do I need to make a site purchase to use the forums?

No purchase is necessary to use our public forums, but our private VIP forums are for patrons only.

How do I turn off forum email notifications?

Log into your site account, navigate to the forum home page, and follow these steps:

  • Click on your forum user name.
  • Click the "edit profile" button.
  • Remove the check-mark from the box beside the words "email notifications" with a click.
  • Scroll down below and click "save".
