Delivered Duty Unpaid means you the customer/importer will be responsible for paying any/all duties and fees the destination country may levy to take possession of your package. Not applicable for U.S.A. and Canada.

Due to international trade agreement disruptions, we are unable to offer delivery-duty-paid as a preferred shipping option at this time.

IN CASE OF FEES DUE UPON DELIVERY
For all domestic packages (U.S.A. and Canada) you should have not been charged any additional fees to take reception of your package. However, in the unlikely event you are charged delivery fees, duties, or tariffs, please pay the fees and keep a record of your payment to submit to us for reimbursement. This reimbursement program only applies to domestic packages destined for U.S.A. and Canada.
