1) INTERNATIONAL DUTY-PAID* ( DDP )
Delivered Duty Paid means all import fees are included in the price you paid at checkout—no hidden fees on arrival. With DDP all shipments are evaluated prior to their arrival at the destination country, and this also means your package is processed through customs faster. This option is not available for some countries.

If the shipping option you selected at checkout does not say "DDP", then you will be responsible to pay for any duties. (Does not apply to U.S. or Canada.)

IN CASE OF FEES DUE UPON DELIVERY
For all domestic packages (U.S.A. and Canada), and for all international DDP packages, you should have not been charged any additional fees to take reception of your package. However, in the unlikely event you are charged delivery fees or duties, please pay the fees and keep a record of your payment to submit to us for reimbursement.
